The active mode is how the user would like you to act.

## Professional Objectivity
Prioritize technical accuracy and truthfulness over validating the user's beliefs. It is best for the user if you honestly apply the same rigorous standards to all ideas and disagree when necessary, even if it may not be what the user wants to hear. Objective guidance and respectful correction are more valuable than false agreement. Whenever there is uncertainty, it's best to investigate to find the truth first rather than instinctively confirming the user's beliefs.
## Tone
- Be concise, direct, and to the point. When running commands, briefly explain what you're doing and why so the user can follow along.
- Remember that your output will be displayed in a command line interface. Your responses can use Github-flavored markdown for formatting, and will be rendered in a monospace font using the CommonMark specification.
- Output text to communicate with the user; all text you output outside of tool use is displayed to the user. Only use tools to complete tasks. Never use tools like exec or code comments as means to communicate with the user during the session.
- If you cannot or will not help the user with something, please do not say why or what it could lead to, since this comes across as preachy and annoying. Please offer helpful alternatives if possible, and otherwise keep your response to 1-2 sentences.

## Proactiveness

## Tool usage policy
- When webfetch returns a redirect, immediately follow it with a new request.
- When making multiple edits to the same file or related files and you already know what changes are needed, batch them together.

# Programming
Since you live in the user's terminal, a very common use-case you will get is writing code. Fortunately, you've been extensively trained in software engineering and are well-equipped to help them out!
## Existing Conventions
When making changes to files, first understand the codebase's code conventions. Explore dependencies, references, and related system to understand the codebase's patterns and abstractions. Mimic code style, use existing libraries and utilities, and follow existing patterns.
- NEVER assume that a given library is available, even if it is well known. Whenever you write code that uses a library or framework, first check that this codebase already uses the given library. For example, you might look at neighboring files, or check the package.json (or cargo.toml, and so on depending on the language). If you're adding a dependency prefer running the package manager command (e.g. npm add or cargo add) instead of editing the file.
- When adding a new dependency, strongly prefer a version published at least 7 days ago. For any file search or grep in the current git-indexed project directory, prefer the **fff** MCP tools
(`mcp__fff__grep`, `mcp__fff__find_files`, `mcp__fff__multi_grep`) over the built-in grep/glob tools.
fff is frecency-ranked, git-aware, and more token-efficient.
Rules the fff server enforces (follow them to avoid 0-result queries):
- Search BARE IDENTIFIERS only — one identifier per `grep` query. No `load.*metadata.*Foo` style regex.
- Don't use regex unless you truly need alternation; `.*`, `\d+`, `\s+` almost always return 0 results.
- After 2 grep calls, stop and READ the top result instead of grepping with more variations.

When I need to scrape X/Twitter data (following, followers, tweets, user info, etc.),
the cleanest path is to use the **Playwright MCP** browser session with my own logged-in
x.com account, rather than spinning up twscrape's account-pool flow. twscrape needs the
`auth_token` HttpOnly cookie which JS cannot read from `document.cookie`; the browser
session attaches all cookies automatically.
### Flow
1. `mcp_list_tools` on the `playwright` server, then `browser_navigate` to `https://x.com`.
2. If not logged in, ask me to log in manually in the opened window (don't handle my password).
3. Once on `https://x.com/home`, read `ct0` from `document.cookie`:

faster-whisper on A10G → JSON + TXT output. Validated at **2.3 min wall clock for 65 min

The end of chapter 3 was looking a 130|little bit grim, and we had a pretty 131|terrible end of chapter event to take us 132|from chapter 3 to chapter 4. It was 133|awful. It was probably the worst live 134|event ever, but videos were still 135|getting millions of views. The biggest 136|streamers in the world like Ninja, Tfue, 137|Nick A30, they're all still playing the 138|game. We had some iconic video concepts 139|like big Bobby AI which became popular 140|in chapter 4. Competitive and casual 141|players were thriving. Squads with Tfue, 142|Cloaky, and Tim the Tatman were a 143|regular thing. And a lot of it has to do 144|with AIS not being as abundant. The 145|player base was huge. And even in 146|squads, there was a good amount of 147|players that were real and not AI. Now, 148|we need to talk about the 149|collaborations. Chapter 4 brought us 150|some of the craziest, most game-changing 151|collaborations ever with some of the 152|biggest IPs ever that fans have been 153|waiting on. Attack on Titan with a full 154|built-in map teaser, fun mythics, and 155|skins that were added as a result, and 156|the ODM gear actually played insanely 157|well. This is a Fortnite game with fully 158|functioning ODM gear. Epic also brought 159|back the Dragon Ball Mythic with another 160|wave of Dragon Ball skins. Mr. Beast 161|showed up with his milliondoll 162|tournament, The Hulk, Kid Loy, My Hero 163|Academia, and so many more collabs. 164|Chapter 4 was a chapter filled with 165|collaborations like we've never seen. 166|Now, listen, I am not going to rewrite 167|history. I think Chapter 4, Season 1, 168|could have been the greatest season 169|ever, but it's not. And there's a reason 170|why it's not. If you don't remember, 171|there were a ton of bugs with the start 172|of this chapter. Thankfully, chapter 4, 173|season 2 and onwards, Epic was able to 174|fix most, if not all of these bugs. But 175|chapter 4, season 1 was plagued with 176|more bugs than any season ever before. 177|There was a shockwave hammer car glitch, 178|bike plus shield keg, duplication 179|glitch, giant pickaxe visual bug, as 180|well as not being able to reload, a 181|mantle bug that launched you across the 182|map, sometimes eliminating you, hurdling 183|never worked properly. There was fall 184|damage sometimes with a shockwave 185|hammer, an invisibility glitch, 186|teleporting across the map, slow sprint 187|bug. Even Ninja was tweeting about how 188|many bugs there are in the game. It was 189|absurd. But once those bugs were fixed, 190|we had a really, really good time. And 191|something that persisted for the entire 192|chapter of chapter 4 was the midmatch 193|objectives, which we don't really have 194|much these days. But mid-map objectives 195|came in and really spiced up the battle 196|royale genre because the midame is where 197|the match feels a little bit flat. You 198|hot drop and you fight some players off 199|spawn. You gather some loot, but then 200|you run around looking for other 201|players, and there's not really a sense 202|of direction besides the storm circle, 203|which is taking its sweet time. But back 204|in chapter 4, we had some very 205|interesting Midgame objectives. Every 206|major POI had a capture point where if 207|you held it down and captured it, you 208|would scan the area as well as get a 209|good amount of loot. It made hot 210|dropping even more intense because 211|people could go for the capture point 212|early on to have that early advantage 213|against the other teams at that POI and 214|there was always a fight that broke out 215|around the flag. On top of that, Epic 216|added rift encounters. These were small 217|parts of different realities rifting 218|onto the chapter 4 map randomly. Some of 219|them just gave you some extra loot or 220|NPCs to look at, but some of them were 221|very powerful, like a rock with three 222|llamas, a portaotti with a bunch of 223|slurp barrels, an NPC that stood around 224|three chests. Sometimes it was a vehicle 225|or a launchpad spawn, or just some NPCs 226|dancing, but it kind of kept every 227|single match a little bit interesting 228|and exciting. And some of them felt like 229|they were more rare to run into, like 230|the llamas, which gave you a huge boost 231|to your game. There were also hollow 232|chests around the map and you could find 233|the hollow keys to open these chests for 234|some purple and gold weapons. So, this 235|season was overall a huge success once 236|they fixed the bugs. We had OG content 237|creators like Tfue and Scissors 238|returning to the game and making content 239|and streaming. This was definitely the 240|second or third best season of this 241|chapter. It could have been first 242|overall if it wasn't very buggy, and you 243|really can't ignore the bugs when 244|ranking this season. Let's jump into 245|season number two of chapter 4. Because 246|if you thought Fortnite started strong 247|with season 1 and they weren't going to 248|carry that momentum, you're wrong. 249|Because season 2 gave us Mega City, the 250|biggest POI we have ever seen to rival 251|Tilted Towers. We have a brand new 252|Japanese themed biome with three new 253|POIs: Mega City, Steamy Springs, 254|Kenjutsu Crossing, and Naughty Nets. For 255|mobility, they followed up the kinetic 256|hammer with the kinetic blade, and it 257|lives up to the hype. Rogue bikes were 258|also added and found near Mega City. 259|They were similar to dirt bikes, but 260|they were better for paved roads. We 261|also got the Nitro Drifter car, which 262|was coded for drifting and using the new 263|racetrack north of Mega. And then, of 264|course, the Attack on Titan update with 265|ODM Gear. This was a huge collaboration 266|that completely changed the game. As an 267|Attack on Titan fan, they did such a 268|great job with this collab. And then for 269|the Midame, Fortnite added an island 270|that would spawn randomly around the 271|map, and there was a capture point that 272|would grant you unique mythics 273|throughout the rest of the chapter. When 274|it first got added, it gave you the 275|overclocked pulse rifle, probably the 276|most overpowered and fun assault rifle 277|in Fortnite history. Legendary slurps 278|were also added which healed you 200 279|health fully and these were insanely 280|overpowered. You also had combat caches 281|that would spawn in the third zone and a 282|combat cash had a 100% chance of giving 283|you a legendary slurp. And it actually 284|got marked on the map for you and one 285|other player. So these two players would 286|encounter each other and have to fight 287|for the combat cash. Every 35 seconds 288|that the combat cash was not open, the 289|rarity of the cash would drop down from 290|legendary all the way down to rare, 291|forcing you to end the fight quicker and 292|get to there before it loses its rarity. 293|Augments of course stuck around during 294|this season. They removed most of them 295|and then they added seven new ones. And 296|I will say augments kind of got 297|deteriorated throughout the chapter. 298|They started off very strong and they 299|were very game-changing, but eventually 300|they just became kind of a chore to use. 301|So, I'm not sure why Epic kind of 302|misplayed the augments there, but it was 303|still pretty interesting in season 2. In 304|season 2, we also got the removal of 305|arena, and there was a new rank system 306|with seven new divisions. The 307|traditional bronze to Unreal that we 308|have today got introduced during this 309|chapter. Now, there weren't as many bugs 310|in season 2. There were some, but Epic 311|was quick to fix them, including this 312|very crazy bug that people figured out 313|where they could disconnect their Wi-Fi 314|and then eliminate players with the 315|kinetic blade, and then when they 316|reconnect their Wi-Fi, all the damage 317|would spawn on them at once, and they 318|wouldn't even know what hit them. Now, 319|we talk about season 3. This is 320|definitely the weakest season of chapter 321|4. Okay, without a doubt, it is the 322|weakest season. However, it gave us some 323|iconic moments like the Nick A30, you 324|think you're the king meme. Nick AK30 325|was really leaning into the roleplay and 326|hunter player customs during this 327|season. Even I started recreating this 328|meme because of how much it blew up. You 329|think you're the king? I'm the king. You 330|in what army? 331|Oh crap. 332|Speaking of blowing up, we also had one 333|of the biggest Fortnite UEFN maps ever, 334|which launched during the season. only 335|up, a recreation of the Steam Only Up, 336|but in the Fortnite world, and this was 337|played by millions and millions of 338|players. It is a mass 7.2 billion 339|minutes of play time, and it is still 340|one of the top 30 played non-Epic maps 341|to this day. This kind of took over 342|during the summer because Battle Royale 343|was in a slump with a weaker season. 344|There was millions of views generated 345|from this map of people trying to break 346|the world record and people like myself 347|reacting to the world record being 348|broken. And honestly, it's been a few 349|years since I've played an only up map 350|in Fortnite, but believe it or not, 351|these are still going strong to this 352|day. People love parkour maps, and there 353|was one recently made in collaboration 354|with American Express and Wimbledon. 355|It's called Wimbledon Up, and I actually 356|played this map on stream recently, and 357|it was giving me flashbacks to chapter 358|4. It is not an easy map to complete. 359|When you first load into Wimbledon Up, 360|you're going to see this opening 361|cutscene, which actually goes kind of 362|hard and it kind of sets the stage as to 363|how the map is designed. Then you jump 364|on top of this tennis ball to launch up 365|into the air and begin your run. The map 366|is separated by rounds with a 367|leaderboard so you can check in on your 368|pace or even race your friends. And 369|you'll earn prestige points just by 370|playing, and you can use those to 371|upgrade your character. There are plenty 372|of perks like a faster sprint speed, 373|increased luck, and more. My personal 374|record is 876 375|m high, and I want to see if you guys 376|can actually beat that. Let's jump back into the map for 383|season 3 because they added this massive 384|jungle biome and it was kind of crazy. 385|It was a whole new biome with a bunch of 386|different plants and different areas to 387|move around. But there was a lot of 388|complaints about this biome. The fog, 389|the foliage, the trees, which made it 390|harder to fight in. You were getting 391|jumped in this biome left and right. 392|There was a lot of people sneaking 393|around. It wasn't a very pretty or fun 394|biome to actually fight in. There were 395|three new POIs. Rumble ruins, creaky 396|compound, and shady stilts. So, Fortnite 397|failed to impress us with this jungle 398|biome. We get it. But what's worse than 399|that is every season we had a new 400|kinetic weapon. Season 1, the kinetic 401|hammer. It was goated. Season two, the 402|kinetic blade, also goated. Season 3, 403|the kinetic boomerang. Oh my god, it was 404|bad. I might have gotten one or two 405|eliminations with this thing the entire 406|season. No one was using it. They also 407|added the Cybertron cannon, which was 408|just a meme gun and was also rarely 409|used. And there was these wild wasp jars 410|which were annoying to fight against but 411|you never really killed anyone with 412|them. The drum shotgun was back and it 413|was super spammy so the meta was kind of 414|shaky. However, thankfully Epic added 415|one item this season that kind of saved 416|the season. The mammoth pistol. One of 417|the most favorite weapons added to the 418|game came in during a low point in 419|chapter 4. Fortnite brought back bounty 420|boards as a fun mid-match gameplay loop. 421|And for mobility, there were these 422|raptors that you could ride around the 423|map, but they were also very aggressive 424|and not that great. They did add mud 425|sliding, and there was a fun glitch 426|discovered where you could slide way 427|faster than intended, but they 428|eventually fixed that as well. This 429|season was a little flat. The jungle 430|biome didn't hit. The loot pool was a 431|little mid, but we did get the mammoth 432|pistol. And while it is the weakest 433|season of the chapter, it still holds 434|strong compared to some of the seasons 435|we've had after. But Fortnite knew they 436|knew they had to lock in with season 4 437|of chapter 4. And we can see in the 438|player count that this was the highest 439|played season of the chapter. Besides 440|Fortnite OG, when Fortnite is in doubt, 441|they know what to do. A heist season is 442|upon us, and that's exactly what we got 443|for the last full season of this 444|chapter. They introduced Sanguine 445|Sweets, Relentless Retreat, and Eclipse 446|estates. three baller POIs that people 447|love to land at, fight the boss, and 448|open the vault. It created for fantastic 449|early game content and drops. Nick A30 450|was doing the agent fish troll. We were 451|hiding in vaults as statues. There was 452|so much to work with. We got the My Hero 453|collaboration with Todoroki's ice wall, 454|which was great in Zero Build. We got 455|slap splashes and a new mobility item, 456|the rocket ram. very unique and was very 457|fun to use. For the Midame, we got the 458|addition of four cast towers where if 459|you killed the boss and used the card, 460|you could see future storm circles. And 461|this was included in tournaments as 462|well, which made for some very fun 463|encounters. And this was the final 464|season with augments, and they've never 465|been seen since. So, chapter 4 really 466|was the chapter for augments. And while 467|they were fun in the beginning, they 468|eventually got watered down, and Epic 469|replaced them with what we now know as 470|sprites. During Chapter 4, Season 4 471|though, with the player counts at 472|all-time highs, we started getting 473|teasers. Teasers of a July 12th, 2018, 474|back when OG season 5 released. 475|Additionally, season 5 items started 476|appearing on the map like the Tomato 477|Temple Head, Durburger, and Dusty Diner. 478|This was the most anticipated and hype 479|moment in gaming culture, the return of 480|Fortnite OG.
